Abstract: For the problem of copyright and content protection of Excel documents, using VBA code, combining with the protective function of Excel, a more practical solution is provided from a technical point. In this scheme, user identity information is added to the original file with VBA program, and the file contents copy is forbidden. But the normal use of the file is not affected. The protection method for Excel file with VBA program can be also applied to other Office documents.
